O-Z/Gedney  thruwall and floor seals provide a positive means of sealing pipe, conduit or tube where they pass through a concrete foundation of a structure below grade or below ground water level, or at entry points through a concrete wall or floor which must be sealed.

  • Type FSK:
    • For sealing around conduit, pipe or tubing passing through a wall or floor
    • Single seal
    • Used where a single casing penetrates the fitting
    • Use FSKA membrane clamp adapter if a waterproofing membrane is to be installed on the exterior wall of a structure to provide a means of clamping the membrane material around the casing penetration
  • Type WSK:
    • For sealing around conduit, pipe or tubing passing through a wall
    • Double seal – one on each end of the sleeve
    • Used where a single casing penetrates the fitting
  • Type FSCS:
    • For sealing around direct burial or exposed cable passing through walls or floors
    • Single seal
    • Used where multiple casings penetrate through one fitting
    • Use FSKA membrane clamp adapter if a waterproofing membrane is to be installed on the exterior wall of a structure to provide a means of clamping the membrane material around the casing penetration
  • Type WSCS:
