On May 20, 2010, EGS Electrical Group acquired Nutsteel Industria Metalurgica Ltda, a 45 year old business based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Nutsteel is the Brazilian market leader of hazardous electrical equipment and will serve as EGS’ base of operations for IEC products in Latin America. Nutsteel manufactures lighting, junction boxes, control stations, panel boards and fittings certified to IEC standards.
