We hope that this basic HELP page will assist you in understanding how our new website works and where to find some of the most popular information.
Downloading files for our website
Please note that all Marketing Literature (e.g. brochures) is public and does not require registration or login to access. However, all product support documentation (e.g. manuals) requires you register on our site and be logged in before the download links will be active.
Product Support documents
Manuals, software, drawings, firmware etc. can be found in complete listings as menu items under the main menu item Downloads as well as on the Download Tab on each individual product page. Although it takes a extra click using the Download Tab on the individual product pages provides you with a list of all product support documents only to that specific product, where the Download sub menu links provide complete lists of all documents relevant to that category.
Note: You will not find any Marketing materials e.g. product brochures in the download lists. For product brochures look to either the Literature (Search page or a link to specific brochures on the bottom of each individual product page).
Literature (Marketing literature - brochures, flyers, Applieds, case studies)
Our Literature page under Downloads is a Search page that allows you to search our Marketing Literature using keywords either general or product name specific. The search results are then organized and listed by type. We have also created pages that list all our Applied Case Studies (DOWNLOADS/CASE STUDIES), Application "Solutions" flyers for Industries and Energy Savings located on the page:(DOWNLOADS/APPLICATION SOLUTIONS).
