The basic component of the FlexLine Series is a standard 316L stainless steel tank with protective skirting. This base tank can be configured in a variety of ways for:

Flexline Dyers

Flexline Dryers incorporate design features to facilitate cost effective water removal. They have been developed from an enduser point of view - quality, reliability and serviceability are all designed in. Room air is heater to expand its moisture-carrying capability and recirculated to extract liquids from parts following precision cleaning operations.

Flexline Dryers can heat air from ambient to 200°F as required by specific application. This hot air can be recirculated at rates up to 550 cfm to assure dry parts in the shortest possible time.

The entire process is Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) managed for precise drying and process repeatability and there is a built-in interface for linear material handling equipment.
