Ultraseal 20 

Ultraseal ultrasonic systems hermetically seal copper and aluminum tubes. A one-step operation crimps, seals and cuts off charged tubes in under one second. Systems are suited to automation for high levels of efficiency and productivity.

The Ultraseal 20^® EX is a 20kHz portable ultrasonic metal tube sealer specifically designed for explosive environments and can seal copper tubes up to 12mm in diameter. Its precise controls ensure consistent seals, and it is not operator-dependent, unlike alternative brazing processes.

The Ultraseal 20 offers:

• Ergonomic, light-weight design for operation on the assembly line
• Patented, quick change tooling with multiple weld surfaces for low cost operation
• Automatic process monitoring ensures each seal falls within preset quality limits of weld power, time and final height
• Automatic tube measurement to assure proper placement of tubes within the tooling
