LEROY-SOMER offers students the opportunity to discover the world of industry and acquire professional experience whilst undertaking work experience in the company.

Over the last 10 years, 5000 young people have participated in these training courses. They are intended for young people studying for the BEP through to engineering students.

These work experience schemes must be agreed between Leroy-Somer and the student’s school.
